• Because the church frequently rents out their parish hall to the community for fund raising, they were interested in providing a commercial kitchen in their current facilities.  Numerous options were presented to the church before deciding to convert part of an existing space.  This renovation, which is currently in schematic design, is the second project for this church.

• This rural congregation needed additional classroom space for after-school programs and a more welcoming lobby area.  We are currently reviewing materials and construction options as part of the development of construction documents.

• As part of neighborhood economic development, this motivated congregation is planning a large, faith-based initiative project.  Schematic layouts, prepared to assist with obtaining grants for the public portion, include a 17,000 sf sanctuary, a 25,000 sf family life center with day care facilities for children and adults, a walk-in medical clinic, and a 15,000 sf gymnasium/hurricane shelter.
